(I know. I’m a dinosaur holding out.) I struggled for weeks trying to change an email address and username. I finally gave up and trashed the account. Luckily, it was in its infancy and no great loss. Later, I discovered that my real problem was trying to change those settings from the app when web login was required. I wish I had found this article back then!
