I recently read &quot;Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less&quot; by Greg McKeown.  What McKeown says is that most people are trying to do too much at once, so they only make &quot;a millimeter of progress&quot; on 100 things.  He says that you should pick one or two big goals/projects and focus all your effort on those in order to make huge progress.  And you do that by saying &quot;No&quot; to all other opportunities that come up no matter how good they seem.  I highly recommend this book, especially to anyone who is struggling to achieve their goals.  Its an easy read...I believe I read the entire thing in about 3 days and that is very rare for me to do.]]></description>
