Hi Maynard, thanks for the recommendation! I hadn’t heard of that book, but I’ll have to check it out because I often struggle with trying to do too much at once! I always appreciate quick reads, too 🙂

I recently read “Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less” by Greg McKeown. What McKeown says is that most people are trying to do too much at once, so they only make “a millimeter of progress” on 100 things. He says that you should pick one or two big goals/projects and focus all your effort on those in order to make huge progress. And you do that by saying “No” to all other opportunities that come up no matter how good they seem. I highly recommend this book, especially to anyone who is struggling to achieve their goals. Its an easy read…I believe I read the entire thing in about 3 days and that is very rare for me to do.
