The video is in MP4 format. Not sure what the problem is. I’ll pass this on to the tech team and see if they can resolve the issue.

I can’t play ANY videos on this B2B Writing Success program. I’ve tried Firefox, and Google Chrome. Neither one works.

This is very strange. What format are you using for your videos? Can you change your format into something common, like MP4?

All I see is a “photo” – with nothing when I click on it. Nothing to indicate a video – Like a “click me” type of side-way triangle.

I know AWAI has MANY videos in other programs that work well – I can access them! But not here in B2B WS.
