It reminded me of something I’m getting actively involved in — cleaning up my desk and office. There are similar procedures to cut down on my clutter- and not throwing away anything I really need. It’s part of life, and to trim down a copy piece seems to “fit right in.”

I appreciate your 7 points- some will work easier and better than others — but the goal is to shorten the copy.
