This was a wonderful post.  I have had clients in my brick and mortar business who have come back to say &#039;thank you for assisting us succeed.&#039;  I used to think that in business, it is a matter of giving value for money.  And I used to think the monetary exchange in that business transaction was enough.  I was totally wrong.  Customer loyalty has kept me in this staggering business.
