Can mailing to a B2B list without prior consent from the business be considered as spam ?
This is often the case with purchased consumer lists

Glad you found the article helpful and informative. You are right in the fact that in B2C list rental can get costly, but remember, let’s say you rent a list of 5000 names, just mail what your budget fits. Just because you rented the list doesn’t mean you have to mail everyone.

And same with a purchased list as well (B2B). Buy the list and mail what your budget fits. For example the first 60 names. When more money is available, mail the next 60. You own the list, so there are no extra charges for times mailed, as when renting a list.
