Hey Steve,
One thing that I find really helpful in building out my client profiles/buyer persona's is to attend industry events that my target client is at and network with them. My goal in networking is not to try and land a client on the spot but to "interview" them and learn about their business, what they do, and what their challenges are. Of course I stay in touch to see if a business relationship could possibly result but I have found it helpful information to take into future sales conversations with similar prospects.

Hi Steve,

After reading the article, I wondered HOW to create a Buyer Persona. Might be a good followup article -- including details of sources to use on the Internet.

Regards,
